Blank price, quota, overhead and reset do not mean zero — they mean stop.

The idea in plain language

The monetary default is €0 and use without an override stays within 10% of available quota. Those numbers do not make a route executable: each cell still needs price or entitlement, quota, RPM/TPM/RPD, reset, overhead and maximum cost.

Think of this measurement as a sealed scale: if you swap the scale or move the object midway, the number loses meaning. The analogy breaks because gateways can also transform the request, not merely weigh it.

The strict profile projects 189 calls; the post-preflight candidate ceiling is 213. The global hard cap is 600 requests, 45M input, 300k output, 12h and concurrency 1. It does not replace per-route gates and atomic accounting.
